I began my journey with UEPL as a field engineer and, over the years, transitioned to the head office. One aspect that has consistently stood out to me about UEP is the work culture, which places a strong emphasis on mutual respect. The leadership team actively engages with the workforce, fostering confidence and boosting employee morale.
The learning platforms provided here offer a diverse range of opportunities, promoting continuous growth both professionally and personally. In my position as a Senior Drilling & Completion Engineer, my responsibilities include planning and executing wells in a timely and cost-effective manner.
I initially contributed to the MIM team, successfully drilling challenging wells such as Mitto-1, Mehar, and Sofiya. Currently, as a member of the MKK team, we achieved milestones by drilling Takhat-3 and Taj South-1 wells, which stand as the fastest drilled wells in the company’s history.
I take pride in being awarded the UEG award for my significant contributions to the success of the Mehar-6 well, where I played a key role in achieving benchmark performance. This accomplishment helped the well become the fastest drilled in the Mehar concession.
At UEP, there is a special emphasis on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), ensuring that all operations are executed safely and in alignment with UEP’s HSE policies. Furthermore, we are encouraged to think “out of the box,” and the incorporation of cutting-edge technology is highly valued.
My passion lies in overcoming challenges and contributing to the success of each project. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to bring my skills and dedication to future ventures. If you possess potential and zeal, UEP is the ideal place for you to showcase your capabilities.
