Embarking on my career journey as a wide-eyed trainee in 2014, I had little knowledge that my path at UEP would lead to transformative years of growth and learning. Right from the start, I understood that safety is the cornerstone of UEP’s operations. Every project, from conception to completion, prioritizes the well-being of employees, the plant, and the community. This emphasis on safety instilled in me a deep sense of responsibility and awareness, shaping the way I approached my work.

My journey began with the Naimat Ph-5 gas plant project and its commissioning team. Through this experience, I witnessed firsthand the trust UEP employees placed in one another, recognizing how each project unfolded as a collective effort. The successful completion of the plant erection and commissioning within a record time frame highlighted the effectiveness of teamwork and dedication within the company.

As I advanced within the organization, I had the opportunity to oversee various projects, ranging from new equipment installations to plant modifications. These experiences not only contributed to UEP’s growth and success but also enriched my professional development, broadening my skill set and deepening my understanding of the industry.

My recent transition to the supply chain department further emphasized the growth opportunities at UEP. Whether fostering innovation or promoting teamwork, my journey at UEP has been defined by empowerment and growth.
