Beginning my professional journey as a young engineer, I have always been driven by curiosity, learning, and the desire to contribute to meaningful projects. My journey at United Energy Pakistan Limited has been an incredibly rewarding experience where I have had the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally while working on some of the company’s most significant projects.

Working in the Engineering Services’ projects domain has allowed me to contribute to a diverse portfolio of initiatives ranging from gas processing plants and facility compression systems to pipelines, and facility upgrades. One of the most defining experiences of my career was being a part of the team delivering “Naimat Phase-5,” a large-scale gas processing plant project, where I had the opportunity to manage engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and international contractors.

What stands out the most about UEP is its strong culture of safety, teamwork, and ownership. Every project is executed with a clear commitment to protecting people, assets, and the environment. This culture not only strengthens operational excellence but also fosters trust among colleagues and encourages individuals to take initiative and lead with confidence.

Over the years, I have been entrusted with managing multiple capital projects and engaging with joint venture partners, contractors, and internal & external stakeholders to deliver value to the organization. These experiences have expanded my perspective on project management and reinforced the importance of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

Looking back at my journey, I feel proud to be a part of an organization that consistently empowers its people, embraces innovation, and provides opportunities to grow.
