With more than 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, my professional journey began at ENI Pakistan, where I spent over 11 years working across multiple assets and projects.

Afterwards, I joined UEP, which provided me with a unique opportunity to contribute to a technically driven organization. Here, I have had the opportunity to work on key assets and lead several technical initiatives aimed at improving field understanding and unlocking additional potential from existing reservoirs. From developing and updating static reservoir models to supporting drilling campaigns and identifying new development opportunities, the work environment at UEP encourages technical rigor, collaboration, and continuous learning.

In my opinion, UEP’s strong culture of collaboration and technical excellence sets it apart from the rest of the industry. Teams work closely across disciplines to solve complex subsurface challenges, with a genuine emphasis on knowledge sharing and continuous learning. This environment not only enhances the quality of our technical work but also promotes innovation and professional growth.
