My experience of working at UEP has been remarkable. The work culture emphasizes constant innovation. Employees are encouraged to think of ‘out of the box’ solutions. While we have many seasoned oil & gas leaders, a large part of our workforce is young.  As someone starting off their career, it is very exciting when your contribution is recognized. The Leadership Team really keeps an eye on everyone’s contributions to success.
